Meeta is a Masters in Comp. Engineering, but a writer at heart. She has close to 20 years of experience in Technical Writing and was the Director of the Technical Publications department at her last organization before she joined Wizeline. In the past, she has worked for organizations like Oracle, RSA Security, CA Technologies, etc. She also has a Cisco Press book called “Storage Area Network Fundamentals” to her name.
Leticia holds a PhD in combinatorial optimization from the Université de Toulouse, France, and has 6+ years of experience as a design and support engineer at HP and Banamex. She has published three scientific papers in world-class journals and continues to write and publish. Leticia also holds a degree in teaching from the University of Cambridge in the UK. She has also worked as a professor for more than 10 years.
Bere worked as a web support engineer for 6+ years, which taught her the importance of written communication. The need for effective communication with clients and within the company pushed her towards perfecting her writing skills. She has been a technical writer at Wizeline for over a year. Bere graduated from ITESM as an Information Technology Engineer.
Roxana holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from ITESM. Roxana began her career as a System Validation Engineer at Intel. She has over 2 years of experience working in the tech industry. Roxana participated in the first Technical Writer Academy at Wizeline. During the Academy, she found a passion for communication and pursued a career change by becoming a technical writer at Wizeline.
Maribel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences and Techniques of Communication and has always had a big interest in technology and software. She worked 2+ years in digital marketing, focusing on web development and documentation. After this, she joined Wizeline to pursue a career in Technical Writing. Maribel is a graduate of Wizeline’s first Technical Writing Academy.
Paola worked as a Technical Writer for 5 years in a security software company, in Colombia. She graduated from San Martín University with a Bachelor of Telecommunication Engineering. Becoming a Technical Writer has helped her to combine her three main passions: technology, communication, and teaching.
Joaquin has been involved in several areas of documentation for 6+ years. Covering diverse areas such as patents and intellectual property, technical documentation for electronic medical devices, and scientific and technical translations. Experiencing the importance of good product documentation led him towards the technical writing career path. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara.
