Joel Monteón

UX Manager

Joel studied graphic design at the University of Guadalajara. He has more than five years of experience working on the development of digital products and alongside cross-functional teams. Before joining Wizeline, he worked as a product designer and user researcher for a Silicon Valley Startup. Currently, at Wizeline, Joel is the UX lead for chatbots and enjoys learning and applying new techniques to adapt UX into fast-moving environments.

Florian worked for 4+ years as a Business Intelligence engineer in France and Asia. After graduating from the first UX Academy, he joined the Wizeline UX Team to work on client projects and the Roadmap product. He enjoys trying new promising methodologies and ideating with other Wizeliners.

Damian is a digital designer working on large scale product features. He has 8+ years of experience working alongside companies like Uber, Nike, TCGplayer.com and startups funded by Expa, YCombinator, Google Ventures and 500 Startups. He enjoys the atomic design approach and is a design system advocate.

Rodrigo worked as a freelance visual consultant before starting his UX path by receiving a Master of Sciences degree in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University. At Wizeline, he enjoys doing user research, representing UX solutions and discussing them with peers and external clients, as well as offering talks and mentorships: by sharing we get to learn too!

Emmanuel started his career at Wizeline as a UX Designer after graduating from UX Academy. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, he has 6+ years of experience developing digital products for companies such as Royal Caribbean Australia and Dale Carnegie Training. At Wizeline, he's currently working on services projects and enjoys trying new tools and methodologies that allow him to improve his workflow.
