About this course
Agile is an iterative approach to project management and software development that helps teams deliver value to their customers faster and with fewer headaches.
This two-session workshop will provide more insight into Agile estimating and walk you through common estimation methods, including T-shirt sizing, story points, hours, and the bucket system. You will also learn how to estimate team velocity. On day two of the workshop, information on some of the most popular Agile planning methods will be shared.
