Graph Analytics Workshop

About This Program

Data engineering is one of the biggest emerging professions in the IT industry today. Data engineers are tasked with finding ways to effectively organize and communicate data, and they use complex technical procedures to enable a variety of solutions.

At Wizeline, our Data Engineering team is an experienced and diverse group that works with engineering features like graph theory to develop high-quality solutions to problems based on business questions and goals for enterprises.

This course is a unique opportunity to learn about technical skills ranging from databases to data analytics solutions, which are required for data engineers in their daily role covering various industry needs.

Our team of experts in the matter has prepared and curated a learning experience in which you will be able to learn and dialogue with Wizeliners about this fascinating topic.

This specialized workshop consists of three sessions lasting two hours each, all led by Wizeline engineers. The sessions will cover general graph theory, use case examples, and exercises related to graph analytics.

Selection process

Professionals interested in participating in this program will be asked to complete a short assessment to share their experience and knowledge. Selection of participants to attend the training will be based on this assessment and prerequisites determined by the Academy team.

Registration will be open until Sunday, April 24th, 2022.

Who should take this course?

This course is intended for data engineering professionals interested in developing their abilities in one of the most popular tools and solutions using graphs, thus unlocking other ways to explore and analyze data. This program will set the stage for engineers to begin working with graph databases and extracting value from data relationships.

In that sense, this program is intended for professionals with more than two years of experience working with traditional databases and data solutions. Participants must have mathematical skills in linear algebra and demonstrate rational thinking when solving problems due to the implementation and complexity of graphs. Candidates should also have at least two years of experience working with query languages over SQL or NoSQL databases.

  • Strong background in math and data engineering solutions (mainly databases, Airflow, data analytics, etc).
  • Knowledge in coding - 3+ years of experience
  • Knowledge in SQL, NoSQL, queries - 3+ years of experience
  • Knowledge in databases - 3+ years of experience
