Started as an internal Google initiative for women, the #IamRemarkable workshop has evolved into a globally promoted initiative designed to empower women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond. The workshop aims to help participants break the glass ceiling, challenge modesty norms, and celebrate their achievements in and outside the workplace. 

During this 90-minute workshop, you will learn the importance of self-promotion in your personal and professional life and be equipped with tools to help you develop this skill. Participants will be invited to challenge social perceptions around self-promotion.

About the training model:

During the #IamRemarkable workshop, we will:
● Share data and research regarding self-promotion and unconscious bias
● Go through the main exercise to help you articulate your achievements and practice self-promotion
● Have a discussion and share take-home exercises
