Technical writing is one of the biggest emerging professions in the IT industry, helping communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

At Wizeline, the Technical Writing team is an experienced and diverse group that works with Engineering, Design, and Product Management teams to develop high-quality documentation based on business and technical goals.

 

This course is a unique opportunity to learn about technical writing for software and to get a head start for a career at Wizeline or another company in the tech industry.

 

Through self-paced learning, personalized mentorship, and live online sessions, you will learn about:

  • The day-to-day tasks, responsibilities, and challenges of a technical writer.
  • The process to create various types of software documents.
  • The relevant technologies and tools a technical writer must know to be successful in the field.

 

This course is a combination of self-paced learning and online sessions and discussions. Our team of technical writing experts has prepared and curated a learning path. This learning path comprises individual mentorship, self-learning material, and hands-on experience. Each student will receive individual and customized guidance and feedback throughout this course.

Who should take this course?

  • This course is open only for residents of Guadalajara and Mexico City, or those open to relocate to the aforementioned cities.
  • The selection process for attendees consists of a brief writing challenge and an online interview to confirm suitability.
  • Students will require a laptop and smartphone with internet access.
